I bought this product 3 months ago and since yesterday the heating system doesn 't work. So I 'm unable to make a coffee. Honestly I wouldn 't recommend it.

Express had every day since I started this. The first unit had to be returned and replaced because it would not work. What I 've had for 8 mo. has worked great until months psat. He won 't deliver the coffee. I did everything what the manual says to do in order to solve problems without solving. I don 't know where to turn. The company is in Italy, but like most U.S. companies, apparently, the product is manufactured in China. I want to see if they allow me to use the standard 1 year warranty that they ... I really like this espresso machine and wish I could replace it .... I gave it 4 starts because it has worked very well and is easy to handle. Any novice can learn to do the most amazing Cappucinos :)...

Worked for about 3 weeks before they started to destroy itself. Extremely cheap components. Poorly designed and manufactured. If you are the man Espresso won 't want to cut and won ' t last more than a month. Don 't waste your time or money. . Absenting

6 months after a 2-cup coffee filter is not working anymore, coffee does not flow. Flowing with another 1 cup never used before. I am not sure which is now a pump problem or portafilter is plug.

Pump went out after a year. Never did get the kind of pressure necessary for good espresso. Look nice but not will recommend.

I had this machine for 2 years and was very happy with it until the seal in the main unit where the tank connects water broke and I found it was not replicable. Oh well I said, I 'll get another one of these because I was so happy with it. RThe first one I received made watery milk froth. No matter how I ground the beans, no matter how firmly and Tampa nor how full the grounds and filled the filter, nor how long I let the flow steamer, there was always water in the steam. Just running the frother by itself you could see the water it gave out. RAmazon 's great service gladly replaced the unit as I figured I just had a bad one. RThe replacement did the same thing, which makes steam watery milk watery So I returned it for a refund and purchased another pattern. RAmazon stated they would cease sales of the unit until they found out what the issue was and they would let me know when the issue was resolved and they began salts again. RWell they didn 't notify me again they began sales but it is available now so I assume the watery steam is fixed. RSO this is an excellent, heavy duty machine if there is no water in the steam. My new model produces steam with no water streaming from it and Should these too. So if you see water stream with the steam, let it run several seconds and if it doesn 't clear up you will have watery milk. Watery milk and watery froth makes lousy drinks. Warning to RJust

I received this machine a week ago and have not yet produced a sip of espresso. Is the machine or am I? I'm starting to think that the machine is ... R RI grease pump according to instructions. When I went to my first shot did not leave any liquid, but large amount of steam escaped from the filter housing. R GH thought that maybe the reason I get too tight, so I tried again with the aim would have been much more flexible pack quite the same. Less than a teaspoon of liquid was released. The quality and design is very good. what we receive for the price is better than mind when ordering coffee intrigue. It is easy to go right and start making esspresso, mochas etc. I wish it had two handles the yard to put the coffee in the same intructions said it had. It is also suppose to have a small pin used to unplug the holes on the coffee cup inserts yard to handle pieces. I would recommend this product to others. In fact I already have.

I bought the machine and there are some things wrong with it: r r1. The porta filter off a bomb explodes sometimes, even when tightened well. It can rest your cup of espresso and send scorching espresso grounds everywhere. R r2. Ship was not pretty enough. It 's not strong enough or hot enough. R r3. For some reason, burned OTHER each cup of coffee it made me. The between is okey ... not great .... but I don 't think its acceptable to 50% of ironing nakakainis coffee (what a waste yard). After reading the reviews good and bad, we took the plunge to buy. It 'sa good-looking machine built and looks good. But some problems. I am not a newbie - this is my 5th coffee maker, recently purchased. Here goes --- rInstructions is about 1 / 4 wrong. Some examples: r "Projections have 4 filters " - they have 3. We bought this in order to make Lattes. I was a little skeptical about the quality of the slats we would, because some specialty foods taste better in the restaurant rather than at home. This coffee is impressive. The frother milk is especially good. It is easy to clean and works very quickly. I would highly recommend it.

I am suspecting that my unit was defective though I ordered it NEW. I received email notice from Amazon that my refund had been processed. I am Actively in search for an espresso maker. And possibly may have to settle for either Delonghi and Krups. R RI am also comfortable to make purchases at Amazon.

I 've used this product for about a month now and it makes the best lattes & cappaccinos I ' ve had yet! It 's sturdy and well made - not like the plastic ones I ' ve had in the past / I 've gone through about 4 or 5 machines in the past five years. Granted, I 've not paid a fortune but the last two lasted barely a year before the pump burnt in October I 'm praying this one won ' t do that but in the meantime I am enjoying every cup of coffee it makes. Steamer is great too. Great piece of machinery for the money. I love it!
